Wednesday Funday: The Butterfly Place & Grammie's House

This week we went to the Butterfly Place - located in Westford, MA. It was ok - but we weren't really impressed with it. It was really small - and it only took about 10 minutes to walk through. The kids weren't really into it either - oh well...it was something to do! The butterflies were really beautiful and it was neat - but wasn't what we were expecting it to be!

From there, we went to Grammie's house to celebrate her birthday! She was able to take a 1/2 day and we took the kids to Winslow Farm in Norton. This farm is for animals who have been hurt or abandoned and this farm takes them in and has turned it into a petting zoo. The kids had a lot of fun! Especially Matthew and the baby sheep (Sebastian I think his name was).

We then went back to Grammie's and set up the sprinkler and the kids played outside for 2 hours! Kiera and Lisa stopped by for a little while too - so the 3 kids got to play together. Uncle Brian then came over and we ordered chinese food and had a beautiful cake from Konditor Meister for Grammie! YUMMM I also made her Grammie Thibodeau's famous Whoopie Pies for her birthday too!

We got home at 9:30 pm. and mom is EXHAUSTED! The kids had fun and that's what counts!
